Pauline Estella
is assistant professor at the University of the Philippines and a doctoral student and graduate researcher at Technische Universität Ilmenau, Germany. She focuses on journalism education and media studies and has published works evaluating journalism education particularly in the Philippines.
She has also worked as a technical consultant for journalism curriculum development at the Philippine Department of Education. Apart from her academic engagements, she is a technical consultant for workplace communication in several private companies. She has been active in the alternative media scene as an advocacy journalist.
